1. Purpose
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone using products operated by Ashford Digital Group LLC, including CheatSpyder, GumSearch, LeadSniper, Noise Reporter and Bloomlet.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services to:
- Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate or harm any person.
- Locate or contact someone who does not wish to be contacted, or monitor someone in violation of the law.
- Make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Search for, collect or process information about anyone under 18, except a parent or guardian using a product designed for their own child.
- Commit fraud, identity theft or impersonation.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Violate any law, or the privacy, intellectual property or other rights of others.
- Scrape, resell, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services.
3. Products that search public information
Results are informational indicators from publicly available sources. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be treated as proof of any fact. You are responsible for how you use any information you obtain, and for complying with all laws that apply to you.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may warn, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated for misuse.
5. Reporting misuse
To report misuse, or if you believe information about you appears in one of our products and want it reviewed, email contact@ashforddigitalgroup.com. We review every report.
